Light, fresh and fruity white, Refreshing, citrus fruit, fennel, fresh acids Intensely aromatic, it shows notes of citrus and white fruit along with herbaceous aromas, such as fennel.

Richly fruity on the palate, fresh and elegant, with a soft bitterness on the finish, also characteristic of the Verdejo grape. An ideal accompaniment for all kinds of fish dishes, but also for lean white meat. Pasta, rice and cheese also go well with this wine.

The starting point for the design of the winery was that it should be sustainable. Its thick concrete walls and the fact that the areas where the wine is actually made are semi-underground, being five metres below ground level, mean that there is low thermal inertia between the outside and the inside of the winery. As a result, due to the lower heat flux, the temperature inside this part of the winery remains constant – a valuable asset when it comes to storing and keeping white wines. Viticulture at Beronia Rueda is rational. “Because of the climate here, you could almost be working organically without actually trying, because this is a very special area,” explains Beronia Rueda’s winemaker, Marián Santamaría.
 

Boschendal chardonnay-pinot noir

A Boschendal original, Chardonnay Pinot Noir is crafted with great care using the two classic grape varieties of traditional Méthod Cap Classique. Chardonnay dominates in the youth of the wine with stone fruit & hints of pearl flavours. It also contributes to the richness of the backbone of the wine.  As the wine matures the Pinot Noir becomes more noticed adding unique elegance & fruit flavours. Hints of strawberry preserve impart an intriguing aroma. characteristic hints of ripe red berries are also evident. A truly versatile Sommelier’s wine, bliss to match any cuisine  

Handwerk Fabian Neurerur rot

Tati's Werk Rot by Wein Neururer is grown on Lake Neusiedl in Burgenland. Winemaker Fabian Neururer loves cuvées and is convinced that this is the only way for the grape varieties to reach their full potential. In the red plant he combines Zweigelt and Blaufränkisch in the best possible way. The red wine is light and fresh with a great mouthfeel. In the taste of sour cherries, blackberries, herbs and a dash of pepper. The name Tati is a tribute to Fabian's father, who was called Tati and enjoyed light wines with rough edges. The deer on the label symbolizes the symbol of Tyrol, the king of the forests. The wine is aged in used large barrels for 8 months. Goes perfectly chilled to 16 degrees with salmon trout or a snack platter.
